Customer Service Manager
Under the direction of the Director of Supply Chain / Customer Service, the Customer Service Manager provides leadership, direction and support to the team including Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service Coordinators and Customer Service Team Leads to ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders, preparation of correspondence, and fulfillment of customer needs to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and expectations.
Deduction Reconciliation / Sales Support Coordinator
The Deduction Reconciliation / Sales Support Coordinator supports the Company's success through supporting the sales administrative process with a particular focus on the assessing and clearing of deductions as directed.
Supply Planner - Supply Chain / Customer Service
Under the direction of the Manager of Demand Planning, the Supply Planner is responsible for working with demand forecasts and supply constraints in order to develop a Global Inventory Plan for all "make to stock" products in the portfolio.
